Engineered for backcountry exploration and technical descents, the Nitro Alternator FX Splitboard combines lightweight uphill touring capabilities with solid, reliable downhill rideability. Available in 154 cm and 162 cm lengths, it features pre-drilled skin attachment holes for quick, secure transitions in high-alpine environments.

Built with Nitro’s Directional shape and Trüe Camber, the Alternator FX provides precise edge bite when skinning up icy tracks and supreme edge control on high-speed descents. Its Powerlite Core uses ultra-lightweight poplar wood to reduce weight without compromising strength, while the Sintered Speed Formula II Base delivers high-speed glide across cold backcountry powder and variable snow. Secure Kovac split hooks and tip/tail clips ensure a tight, solid board connection that feels like a solid snowboard on the ride down.
